Basically I need to find a way similar to what facebook do is add comments to photos with name and email and comment. Does anyone know a good place for where i can download the source code and also where i can test cgi bins aswell

Surround the elements within a div, and use css to display that div (probably floated left or right, or absolutely positioned, so’s you can set up width and height), and use external CSS to style the div and elements within it.
